The password can be changed with bank identifiers at the Xamk identifier service: https://id.xamk.fi. You can get further instructions and help in possible problem situations by leaving the service request on the Xinfo Customer service.


Haka login users

Follow your organisation's instructions on how to act when you have lost your password.


Other users

You can renew your password with Forgotten password service if you remember either your account’s username or email address. In other cases, please contact Xinfo Customer service.
